Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing an excellent service to our customers. This includes – responding to customer inquiries, negotiation of competitive rates from Shipping Lines and Airlines, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer database, obtaining customer feedback and providing support to our Sales & Marketing Team.We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. Requirements:

  • GCE, Advance Level qualification
  • Full or part qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) is desirable, but not essential
  • A qualification in Freight Forwarding/Logistics will be a distinct advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
  • Be effective and results oriented
  • Have a very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written
  • Sound understanding of Freight Forwarding business and process
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Excellent PR & negotiation skills
  • Should provide excellent customer service
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
  • Be of a pleasant disposition and a team player
