We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive – Business Development to support the growth of our business by developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and coordinating commercial activities with local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze energy sector market intelligence to identify emerging trends and generate actionable business opportunities.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to support commercial decisions and business growth.
• Coordinate commercial transactions, overseeing shipment follow-ups, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, international principals, suppliers, and service providers to support long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities, support customer acquisition, and achieve value and growth targets.
• Maintain accurate commercial and operational records, prepare management reports, and support compliance and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, commercial operations, logistics coordination, customer relations, trading support, or a similar role.
• Experience in the energy, industrial, engineering, shipping, or trading sectors will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
