Requirements & Skills

• Minimum GCE Advanced Level qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years or more experience as an Operations Executive in a shipping agency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Having a valid motor bike license is mandatory.
• Ability to handle email correspondents with foreign/local clients.
• Responsible for preparing PDA/FDA’s, arranging port payments and necessary authority permissions.
• System updates on all operational movements and arrange hotel/transportation.
• Should be willing to attend the port as required.

• Good knowledge of speaking and writing in English and Sinhala.
• Ability to work late night hours and flexibility to work on a roster basis.
• Living in or in close proximity to Colombo will be an added advantage.
