The Role 

Oversee and manage port-related operations, ensuring smooth coordination between vessels, authorities, and clients.

Key Responsibilities 

• Visit port/airport for crew sign-on/off
• Communicate with clients via email
• Handle approvals and documentation
• Work flexible hours when required
• Update systems
• Facilitating husbandry services, cargo operations coordination’s, and attendance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in agency operations
• Good speaking/writing in English and computer skills (MS Office & Outlook)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Motorbike license
• Based in or near Colombo
