We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Executive to join our dynamic team.  You will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.  This includes everything from itinerary planning and vendor coordination to guest communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customized tour itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Research and negotiate rates with hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators.
• Manage all logistics for tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings.
• Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after their trip to address questions and concerns.
• Build strong relationships with travel vendors and tourism partners.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tour Executive.
• GCE, Advance Level qualification and/or higher education qualification related to Tourism management.
• Experience in organizing MICE/Events will be advantageous.

• Proven experience in itinerary planning, vendor management, and travel logistics.
• Fluency in English a must,  additional languages will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• In-depth knowledge of destination Sri Lanka is a strong asset.
• A passion for travel and a genuine desire to create exceptional client experiences.
• Living in or in close proximity to Rajagiriya would be advantageous.
