• Develop HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement performance review procedures
  • Full cycle- Recruitment
  • Administration of employee data and personal files
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Conduct onboarding / training programs for staff on a need basis
  • Knowledge of ETF/EPF formalities
  • Grievance handling
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system
  • Generate management reports (Attendance, leave, turnover & other)
  • Handling exit formalities of staff
  • Organize activities/ company events


Requirements and skills


  • Minimum 5 years work experience in an Executive category or similar role
  • Possess higher educational qualifications in Human Resources Management from a recognized Institute
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office applications, internet and email
  • A very good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • A pleasant disposition and a team player
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Very good networking, communication and analytical skills
  • Be willing to learn and develop 
  • Presentation skills
  • Living in close proximity to Rajagiriya would be advantageous
