SALES EXECUTIVE

We’re seeking a target driven and ambitious Sales Executive with passion and commitment to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across all our sectors, identifying and building relationships with new clients, and ultimately driving significant revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for each sector (Shipping, Logistics, Trading, Tourism, Media Production)
  • Prospect and qualify new leads, identifying potential group sales opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
  • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our integrated service offerings
  • Negotiate and close high-value group sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets

 

Qualifications

  • GCE, Advance Level qualification, and any qualification related to marketing (Partly qualified Degree/SLIM or any equivalent)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
  • Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of client needs
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment and is highly motivated to succeed
  • Has a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience in a vertically integrated business is a plus
  • Living in or in close proximity to Rajagiriya and holding a valid driver’s license would be advantageous
